Terms of Service

Preliminary terms — subject to review by counsel before public launch.

1. Ownership & Rights

You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights to, every image you authenticate through Stranahan Studio, and will not authenticate images you don't have the right to use.

2. What Authentication Means

Authentication embeds a forensic mark and provenance record establishing that a file was processed by your account at a point in time and hasn't been altered since — a record of custody and integrity, not a determination of copyright ownership or authorship.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not upload malicious files, disrupt the service, or use it to infringe others' rights. Uploaded files are decoded and re-encoded; the original container is discarded.

4. Accountability

Activity is logged and attributable to your account. Misuse — including authenticating images you don't own — may result in suspension or termination, and the forensic record may be used as evidence in a rights dispute or takedown.

5. Service & Data

Provided on an as-is basis during early access. Files are processed on Stranahan-controlled infrastructure; your original is discarded the moment it's authenticated, and finished files are auto-purged after a short window.
